Mobile Product GTM & Monetization

Connect product decisions, market positioning and customer acquisition.

Two launched products; part-time advisory

GTM strategy, acquisition, monetization, product requirements and direct customer selling.

The decision this work supports

Which product, message, customer journey and commercial model fit the intended buyer?

The business problem

Two mobile subscription products served different professional and individual users. Their positioning, acquisition, product experience and commercial models needed to reflect those differences.

What I owned and delivered

I advised on acquisition, app-store optimization and monetization across both products, using acquisition metrics to shape positioning and user journeys. For one product, I defined MVP requirements, UX and website messaging, developed onboarding and notification journeys, and coordinated developer review and handoff. I also conducted product demos and sold B2B subscriptions.

Inside the work

GTM and customer acquisition
App-store optimization, acquisition analysis, positioning and user journeys across two products.
Product and monetization
MVP requirements, UX, website messaging and financial modeling to inform commercial decisions.
Launch contribution and selling
Developer review and handoff, product demos and direct B2B subscription sales.

From problem to use

  1. Define the buyer, user problem, product scope and commercial model.
  2. Align positioning, acquisition plans, user journeys and product requirements.
  3. Coordinate implementation review and launch contributions, then use customer and acquisition evidence to guide the next decisions.

The commercial judgment

Keep the products and their economics distinct. A business buyer and an individual user may need different value propositions, journeys and pricing structures.

What changed

Contributed to two product launches, shaped acquisition and monetization work, and aligned stakeholders on a subscription model for one product. Delivered product requirements, UX and messaging foundations, coordinated developer handoff, and sold B2B subscriptions directly.

Launch and advisory contributions varied by product.
