Revenue Reporting & Decision Support
Explain what changed in performance—and what leaders should investigate next.
QBR reporting, interpretation, validation and reconciliation.
The decision this work supports
What changed, what might explain it, and where should leaders investigate or intervene?
The business problem
Growth leaders needed to understand quota attainment, pipeline and account execution across periods. The reporting had to make the pattern visible, explain what the data supported and identify questions requiring deeper investigation.
What I owned and delivered
I built Growth QBR and performance reporting from Salesforce, Snowflake and Sigma, interpreted trends for managers, and developed validation and reconciliation workflows for forecast support.
Inside the work
- Growth performance
- Prepared reporting around quota attainment, pipeline and execution trends.
- Management interpretation
- Connected the reporting to questions and decisions for leaders.
- Forecast support
- Developed validation and reconciliation while preserving accountable forecast ownership.
From problem to use
- Prepare the view for a defined audience, scope and reporting period.
- Reconcile the data and investigate material differences.
- Explain performance and unresolved questions in the management discussion.
The commercial judgment
A useful management story connects the metric, the change, the likely explanations and the next decision. Align scope and timing before treating a reporting difference as a business trend.
What changed
Delivered QBR and performance reporting for Growth AEs and Account Directors, connecting performance patterns with questions for management. Separate forecast-support work covered validation, reconciliation and a documented handoff.
